We do have camper tie-downs other than the Torklift, but there are several restrictions for their use.
One of the tie-downs is part # HSSF. These clamp onto the bed rails of your truck. The restrictions are the bed rail cannot exceed 5-1/2 inches wide, and they require at least 2 inches of space beneath the bed rail, and they are not compatible with trucks that have drop-in bed liners, plastic bed rails, double-walled beds, or step side trucks. I may have a solution for you, however the ProGrip Retractable Tie-Down Anchors # 317-850760 that you referenced are not compatible with the stake pockets on your 2016 Ford F-150. At this time we do not have any stake pocket tie-down anchors available that will work on your truck.

As you've found, unfortunately none of CR Brophy's tie downs are compatible with your truck, but we do offer tie-down fits from TorkLift.
